Users entering a Mobile Phone number in the "Mobile Phone (for text messaging)" field on their profile give consent and may receive SMS (text) messages from ANTN.
ANTN is committed to using personal information in a respectful and useful way. ANTN is also committed to making sure our members and friends do not receive more than a reasonable number of emails, calls, texts, and letters. ANTN does not share contact information with other companies, organizations or individuals.
ANTN treats its obligations with respect to the use and disclosure of personal information very seriously. Generally, we will only use or disclose personal information for the primary purpose that it was collected and intended for, or for a purpose related to the primary purpose that you would reasonably expect it to be used. ANTN will not sell, rent or share your personal information at any time.
Personal information is stored in our online Association Management System (Wild Apricot by Personify) and in hard copy files when hard copy was given. Only authorized ANTN personnel have access to the information.
To ensure security and privacy of your data, the WildApricot platform provides traffic encryption (https) capability. Traffic encryption ensures that data entered into the online forms (e.g. membership application, event registration) as well as data transferred from WildApricot servers back to visitors is protected from snooping, for example if you access the internet over an unsecured WiFi connection.
WildApricot’s hosting provider, Amazon Web Services (AWS), is the world’s largest cloud provider, offering the most robust and reliable platform.

WildApricot payment systems use a high grade of hosting at Armor, the leader in secure cloud hosting, capable of protecting sensitive data and brand reputations of the world's biggest enterprises. The platform uses two data centers located in Dallas, TX and Phoenix, AZ to provide a very reliable solution.

The Wild Apricot platform supports PCI DSS v3.2, and is responsible for the security of cardholder data the service provider possesses or otherwise stores, processes, or transmits on behalf of the customer, or to the extent that they could impact the security of the customer’s cardholder data environment.
Wild Apricot passed a PCI audit in 2021. AOC (Attestation of Compliance) can be provided upon request.
